Not necessary. But it is strongly encouraged so as to easily manage and track your orders, leave reviews, and also for a smoother and faster checkout.

We always make the effort to ensure the availability of the items on our website but due to over popularity and issues at factory, some items may not always be available for purchase. Moreover, our products are mostly manufactured overseas, hence under some circumstances there might be shipment delay.

Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll drop you an email or call to inform you. You can then drop by our office the next working day onwards. 

We ship locally and offer free shipping for orders above SGD75.00. Additionally, customers can also opt for Self-Collection at our office with no delivery charges incurred. For overseas orders, kindly drop us an email at enquiries@ppideas.com.sg
