Exchange & Returns
We hope you love your purchase and want you to be thrilled and 100% satisfied with it as we value your patronage and support very much! But we understand some things just don’t work out as we like it to. If you’re not satisfied with your item, for any reason, you may return the item for exchange, or a full refund less any shipping charges.
Do note all sales are final as soon as you click the “Order” button. Payments will be charged to the credit card and you cannot cancel a purchase nor receive a refund. So please double check your orders upon confirmation.
Terms & Conditions:
- We accept exchanges with original invoice presented within 3 days from delivery/collection for items purchased from PPStore within Singapore, on a case by case basis.
- We will not be able to issue refund without actual receipt for item(s) with manufacturing defect.
- Kindly email your request to email@example.com within 3 days from delivery/collection in order for us to facilitate your request. Please state your order number and reason for exchange.
- Returned goods must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and sellable condition or may not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchanged item must be of same or higher value*
*Exchange for items of a lower value is possible but we will not refund the balance.
- The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you in cash.
If any of the above stated requirements are not fulfilled, PPStore reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
